Scandias Bobby McGee by UVM Promise was a very significant sire for us and lived to the age of 32. He taught us a lot, from showing to Combined Driving, and what it meant to have pretty and type in your breeding program. Bobby was intertwined with our lives as we moved and raised our family. He produced nearly 25 foals.

Lyonhil Ambition out of Elm Hill Dusky Donna was the dam of our beloved Trademark and Scandias Starry Nite. Ambition was a solid and pretty mare. She produced mostly colts but all did very well in life and the two mentioned went on to be breeding stallions. Trademark was her last and she died on Easter Morning after giving birth to him.

Scandias Starry Nite by Flashing Star is the sire of Scandias Carribean Blue. He had a successful career showing with his owner Danette Cook. Starry was a big big handsome horse out of Lyonhil Ambition and he too died way too early in his life!

Scandias China Doll by UVM Coming Attraction died before her prime years. This exquisite mare was starting her career as a Western Show mare when she tragically broke her pastern. She was humanely euthanized in Dec, 2011. We will miss her beauty and talent. Thank you Jean for teaching her to work so superbly.

Superlite was my trail horse and we bought her at an auction as a yearling, she was just so very pretty! She is the dam of Scandias Superfree, Scandias Promise Mee, and Scandias Shimmeree, all great producers.
Scandias Shimmeree was one of three sisters by Scandias Bobby McGee that were great producers and oh so pretty. Superlite was their dam. Shimmeree had many nice foals, but her best of course, was Scandias Carribean Blue, breeding stallion for Dream Morgans.
Beckridge Modonna was another famous cross here in the PNW. She was by Orcland Royal Don and out of Moco Vermont. Modonna was an awesome riding mare and produced six nice foals for us. Her two of note were Scandias Crystal Promise by UVM Promise and Scandias Silent Serenade by Waseeka's Showtime. Both these mares have been stellar producers for us.
Scandias Jafar by Townshend Norseman was a wonderful ambassador for us as he was owned by a super family and taught their daughter about showing and later went on to teach "Dad" all about Combined Driving. He died too early and his family and us mourned his loss!
Scandias Superfree byScandias Bobby McGee passed away in 2011. We mourn the loss of this beautiful mare owned by Karen Bellows. She was shown in Western and had only three foals.

Oldwick Indira by Windcrest Abner was purchased when she was ten and we still lived in Georgia. Indira had lots of bone and was good sized. She had the most endurance and big beautiful eyes. She did not have a lot of foals but Scandias Moonbeam by UVM Viking was one of her daughters and Moonbeam went on to produce Dream Morgans foundation mare, Scandias Paprika, and Dreamcatcher's Stallion, The Scandinavian.
Nemour's Royal Adora by Lord Appleton was bought at the Nemour's dispersal, she was ten at the time. She had the most beautiful head and neck set, and gave it to all her babies. She had six more foals for us, of note was Scandias Mademoiselle, Scandias Springtyme Lady, Scandias Ice Princess, Scandias Carribean Queen, and Scandias Royal Treasure. We could not have asked for a better producer, especially of Morgans with some size.
Scandias Royal Mark by Scandias Trademark was lost as a four year old and we all mourned his early demise. He was shown as a three year old as a beautiful Western Horse. He is pictured with our dear friends Hunter Novotny and Janie Denning, his owners. Taken at Far West.
